Downloading old Zotero library to new computer

I had Zotero on my old computer and just bought a new computer. I've tried downloading Zotero and my old library is not there.

    You need to have previously synced all your data from the old computer to the online library (which you can check on this site), and you need to set up syncing on the new computer using the same account.
