RSS feed for my Library

Would it be possible to provide and RSS feed from users' Library entries?
This could be available from their profile page.

I've been trying to make a mash-up of my Zotero library's feed using Yahoo Pipes, but Pipes isn't accepting the feed url as valid (even though it works in my other RSS readers). Is this because the Zotero API is https and not http? Is there any way to get an http feed?
