Changes to Juris-M Indigo Book Law Review style

In the past week or so for websites, Juris-M Indigo Book Law Review style has started using "last visited" dates, rather than the "date" field for footnotes -- how can I change it back?

trying to teach myself how to code to change the style manually does NOT seem like a good idea...
To be clear - it's every web page file. And the files look fine in Juris-M itself -- it's only when I use the plug in in Word to add a footnote that it renders wrong with the "last visited" date rather than the date of the article -- eg
