Zotero SubMenu will not appear in Google Docs -D2077632394

Hello, I have installed and used the Firefox add-on for Zotero for a while now, it's up to date, but for some reason the submenu will not open with Google Docs anymore. I tried reinstalling it, and it worked once. Now I have the same problem again

    Does this has anything to do with my web library settings? IT's the only thing that changed lately.

    What submenu are you referring to? Have you tried restarting your browser and Zotero?

    This doesn't have anything to do with the web library, no.

    I am refering to the options that appear once you click on "Zotero" in the menu bar, "Add/edit citation, Add/edit bibliography..."

    And are you saying that "Zotero" appears in the menu bar but no menu opens when you click it? Or does "Zotero" not appear?

    Can you provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector (rather than Zotero) for loading the Google Docs page?

    Yes, that's what I am trying to say.

    Zotero does appear, the menu does not open

    That's a Report ID — we need a Debug ID.

    Make sure you've restarted your browser first, and you should try with other extensions disabled.

    Make sure you're actually loading the page while the logging is enabled. It's not clear that you're doing that.

    And can you confirm that you've disabled all other extensions and restarted Firefox? There seems to be a general problem with the extension being able to run code in either some or all webpages for you. (Are you able to use the save button?)

    Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the connector, or only reinstalling? You should try the former. You might also try in a new Firefox profile.

    Ok, it seams I have to open the Google Doc from Google Drive (not from a stored link or shortcut) and open Zotero after it.

    Not sure whta the porblem was because I did everything you mentioned before sending this help message.
