Issue Saving a CSL

I downloaded Zotero to my computer and a custom CSL. However, while Zotero works with both my browser and Word, the custom CSL is not showing up in my Zotero. I have uninstalled and re-installed Zotero, and this did not rectify the problem. Would someone be able to assist me?

    How are you installing the CSL? You should do so by double-clicking the .csl file with Zotero open. Zotero would then confirm the installation. If that happens and you don't the the style in Zotero, most likely it doesn't have id and/or title changed.

    is almost always unnecessary and a waste of time.

    Just downloading isn't enough. Double-click the downloaded file to install.
