Problem accessing when saved to One Drive

I received an error notification about not being able to connect to the document due to it being saved on Onedrive. I have since saved it to my desktop and can connect to Zoterro and modify citations. Any thoughts on how to debug

Try renaming the file to a filename that includes only 0-9, A-Z, a-z, or - _ ~ .
