Zotero Connector on safari

Hi, I'm new to Zotero. I've just recently installed it. I'm struggling with technology since it's my first time to use a reference manager, but overall it looks efficient. My problem is I can't put the Zotero button on the toolbar. I tried to download a Zotero Connector on safari, but it only downloads the Zotero installer again. It says something about Safari beta, and I don't really understand how this works:( Do I download a Safari beta before I could download the Zotero Connector? I hope to hear from anyone who is available-- If I could have the Zotero on safari, it will really save me a lot of time. I hope someone can help me out --- Please:(

    If you're not comfortable running beta software or don't understand the explanation there and in the linked thread, you should use the Zotero Connector for Chrome or Firefox or one of the other suggested alternatives in the meantime. As noted there, we hope to be able to again offer a stable version of the Zotero Connector for Safari this fall with the release of Safari 14.
