Upgrade StorageChicago (full-note) titles with forced italics rendered as HTML in subsequent note

With a book title including italicised words, styled within Zotero with
<i>xxx</i>, these are translated accurately as italics into Word for the first (full) citation, as well as in the bibliography. But for the subsequent citations the <i>xxx</i> is incorrectly translated into the text as <span Class="italic">xxx</span>, so Word seems to be seeing this code as plain text, not style information. The style editor in Zotero shows this mistake too, so I guess the template needs updating?Thank you!

<span Class="italic">xxx</span>entered in the Short Title field in Zotero?Check your "Short title" field in Zotero, which is what the subsequent citation looks at?
<span class="italic">xxx</span>. This entry was added using the Zotero Chrome extension, but I guess the information was provided by the source webpage (Cambridge Core)? Anyway, I will amend this and check any other instances.
