Fail to synchronize data

When I press the synchronization button, it turns around and then stops with the message "request timed out after 60000 ms"

    In your case you can submit a Report ID, so network requests aren't broken completely for you in Zotero, but something about your network configuration is still preventing Zotero from accessing it. If you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for Zotero startup using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option we might be able to tell you a little more.

    Oh, but if you're in China, this is almost certainly just the result of some connections being blocked (though, again, it's a little odd that you're able to submit an error report at all, since the servers those go to are on the same Amazon cloud as the sync servers).
  • It could perhaps also be the result of larger requests being blocked or delayed, while smaller requests such as error report submission go through more quickly.

    It worked well all the time before, however, recently I had trouble in synchronizing data. I think there is probably an error connecting to server and I have seen this page: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/connection_error. But I don't know how to deal with it in detail, looking forward to your further help. Appreciate it!

    See the Debug ID instructions again — it has to actually show the operation you're reporting. The report you submitted is empty.
