Upgrade StorageStyle for Journal of Surgical Oncology (Wiley)
Is there any style that satisfies the below:
In the text, references should be cited as full-size numerals in square brackets. In the
final list, they should conform to Index Medicus style, contain inclusive page numbers, and be in numerical order. References that are cited first or only in tables or figures should be numbered by where that table or figure is cited in the text. List all authors for up to four authors. For five or more authors, list the first three authors followed by "et al."
