Upgrade StorageAdd Author Button Behaves Like the Tab Key When Adding a New Book
Hello, thank you for consdiring my feedback. I have a potential bug to report.
When I create a new bibliography item (i.e. a book), and I want to add a second author to the book, I click the "plus" button just to the righ of the present author field, expecting for it to create a new author and send my insertion point to the last name field of my second author. However, I've noticed the pattern that when I attempt to add a second author to a book that I'm adding, it seems to ignor my click, and bump my insertion point down into the abstract field.
This is not a huge problem, just a small annoyance.
Thanks for a really great poduct. I'm using this essentially as a digitial card catolog for my personal library.

taswopeIt's on the desktop version. I'm running MacOS Catalina. I have Zotero 5.0.88.

dstillmanThat's a bug that we'll fix in an upcoming version — it happens specifically when one of the creator fields is already open for editing — but you can also just press Shift-Return to add a new creator line.
