Upgrade StorageZotero connector - Report ID 1362701813
Hello,
Zotero connector don’t save references from Pubmed. The reference list is not displayed when I click on the connector icon, only the option snapshot is displayed. I submitted a report errors (ID: 1362701813). When I had this problem for the first time yesterday, I reinstalled Zotero Connector but it didn’t fix the problem. I use Firefox version 76.0.1 and Zotero version 5.0.87.

dstillmanReset translators from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences, and then do the same from the Zotero Connector preferences. Then reload the page and try again.

CRubianoThank you for your help but it wont be necessary because Zotero is working now. The problem was related to Pubmed's interface. Presently, there are two interfaces : a temporary interface (Legacy) and another one that is the new interface. Using Legacy Pubmed, Zotero connector doesn't work.
