Please help me to solve this problem. When I press "add/edit citation", a label occur "Zotero experience an error updating your document". So, I cannot continously use it.

Thank you Dstillman. I tried to open a new document, but it didnot still work. Even I uninstall and reinstall, it can not also work.

What version of Word (assuming this is Word)? Can you provide a Report ID from Zotero after this occurs?

We need an exact version, and we still need a Report ID after it occurs.
