    What's the history of this database? You somehow have ~150K items to upload, and 72K items in the trash (which you should empty before syncing), but you also have ~140K items online. When's the last time you synced this database?

    In any case, try checking your database integrity from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preference. (It might take a long time, so try that when you can leave Zotero alone for a while.)
