software gets stuck after add issues from chrome

When i add issues by the chrome extension, the software always gets stuck. After being unbooted it gets working.

    What do you mean by "gets stuck"? What gets stuck? What exactly happens?

    Does this happen try to save any page, or only certain ones?

    gets stuck means nothing happens after the click, even though the arrow can't be detected
    I just found the situation will appear after sending issues from academic websites.
