Upgrade StorageFailing reformatting citations
I am trying to reformat my citations on a google doc file. The result is : no change of format, part of citation listings disappears, part of citation numbering disappears.
I have also tried moving the document to Word or Libre Office. None of these work properly either.
Any ideas please...

And what exactly happens when you try to move to Word?
When I transfer to Word or Libre Office (switch word processors and then refresh document) all looks good. After trying to change format, the number of citation numbering drops to 23 and the visible citations are only 8.
Same happens with attempts of different citation formats. When going back to initial format (Chicago Manual of Style 17th edition), the full 30 citations reappear and the citation numbering is again fully correct.

If I try to reformat citations in the original Google Doc, the same problem occurs, and this is not reversible (if I try to use another format, the citations remain 8 and eventually I get a message of error, cannot proceed to reformat).
