ERROR with Catalina 10.15.4 Zotero 5.0.87 and Microsoft Word 16.37

Dear users and developers,

Today i upgraded my Mac OS to Catalina 10.15.4
I am using Catalina 10.15.4 Zotero 5.0.87 and Microsoft Word 16.37 and Zotero Word for Mac 5.0.26.SA.5.0.87 Integration.
Zotero references inside old Word docunebts are broken to code of zotero instead of numbers.
When i insert new citation i get the following error: Zotero expirienced and error updating your document. Would you like to view troublesooting instructions?
How can i debug this error and restore zotero to working condition?

EDIT: The error was fixed automatically without knowing what happened...

Same issue today after I upgraded to Catalina in the middle of 3 projects! Why do I do these things???
