Upgrade StorageError while saving this item
Hello,
It seems like quite a few people have been getting "error while saving this item" when trying to retrieve metadata from the Internet. I'm getting this error too, on both Firefox and Chrome, while trying to retrieve metadata from Google Scholar. I've already tried uninstalling and re-installing Zotero Connector, and also updated Zotero.
I also have Zotpick and Zotfile installed, don't know if that matters. And I'm working on MacOS Catalina.
Any idea of what might be causing this error?

boyivictorI am not sure about what causes this error. However, I have found that clearing my browser cache, restarting the browser, and checking my internet speed often rectifies this for me.
