Saving item from Clinicaltrials.gov

Hi there, when attempting to save an entry from Clinicaltrials.gov I get the following message:

"An error occurred saving with clinicaltrials.gov. Attempting to save using Embedded Metadata instead.
An error occurred saving with Embedded Metadata. Attempting to save using Save as Webpage instead.
An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information."

Nothing gets saved, I have to create the entry manually. Any clue on how to address this?

(Happens with Zotero 5.0.87 and both Firefox and Chrome on macOS MOjave 10.14.6)

Can you give a specific URL for a page that fails?

Here https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT03144778 (and a few other times I tried to a few days ago, i.e. I haven't had any luck with any page)

Reporting back: in my setup it doesn't work in Firefox (v. 75, updates managed by my administrator, so I can't change that). It works though in Chrome (81.0.4044.138): it saves the webpage as such; for title it grabs the trial title, and it uses the title as abstract. Thanks for fixing this.

I'm testing on Firefox, so this may just not have updated. Try again and/or try updating translators from the connector preferences.

After a Firefox restart it is working.
It is interesting that https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT03144778 gets pulled as a web page, whereas https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04023617 as a report, with richer info in the fields.

They all should be reports with rich metadata.
https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT03144778 surfaced a bug, so thanks for mentioning that, that'll now also work after updating translators.
