Lost Notes

I'm new to Zotero and I don't know how, but Zotero lost all of my notes from one book. I printed a report, so I have a hard copy of them, but they have been erased in the program. I don't know what I could have done to have this happen, and I really want to avoid this in the future. Too much work for them to all of a sudden be missing. Anyone else know what could have happened? I am syncing between two computers, so I imagine it was somewhere in that transaction that it occurred.

    are they lost on both computers?
    any chance you deleted them on one and then synced?

    They are lost on both computers and as far as I know I didn't delete them. Is there one delete all notes button? Otherwise I think t would be difficult to do that. I didn't have too many notes, but enough to print out a four page report.

    Send info on the parent book to support@zot....org, and we'll see if we can tell what happened.
