Add show/hide collections button

Similar to the show/hide tag selector button, add a button to show/hide the collections pane.

I don't use collections, but use tags extensively, and could use the extra screen real estate.

    It would be great if you could hide both tags and collections, i.e. display only item list and details pane.

    For me this would basically solve the problem of using zotero on a small screen. With items sorted by "creator" I can locate by typing a few letters of the author's name - 90% of the time I know what I'm looking for - so I don't need to see tags or collections.

    I believe there's a more ambitious plan to make the UI more customizable, but this would be a big improvement for a small change.

    you're aware of the fact that you can change the width of the three columns, right?
    I know it's not the same, it still takes up space, and a more customizable GUI is always a good thing, just making sure you're aware of all your current options.

    That reminds me, if my browser is not maximized, dragging the column edges is not sufficient to expose all of the left pane. So it is impossible to reach some of the tags, and the Deselect all button may be only partially visible, or not visible at all. It seems that the collection/tag pane is told to be at least as large as one third of the display width (not the browser window width). This should be posted to the bug list forum, I suppose.
