Help! I'm syncing!

HI there,

This is probably a really lame question but I'm hoping that there's someone out there who is sympathetic enough to help!

Basically, I can't figure out how to sync my Zotero library on both my home and work computers. I have read through loads of instructions and for starters, have no idea what WebDAV is so am getting nowhere...

If anyone has the inclination or patience to explain to a somewhat dilly computer-thought-i-was-fairly-literate-but-clearly-just-deluded person, I will be eternally grateful!

I am in a worse situation. I cannot even find the Sync preferences tab. Where am I supposed to look?

There is a gear symbol in zotero (between the + and the tag symbol).
Click on the arrow next to it. select preferences, the opening window has several tabs, one of them says sync

Thanks. I finally realised that the documentation was refering to 2.x and I had 1.x. I've upgraded and it looks fine now.
