Zotero error ID:1794621578

Hello,

When i try to use zotero with word i have this error. I reinstall microsoft office and zotero but nothing change.

    when i try to create a biblio or citation with zotero i have this message:

    Zotero could not perform this action. Please ensure that a document is open. If you have performed a custom installation of Office, you may need to run the installer again, ensuring that "Visual Basic for Applications" is selected.

    Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for reproducing this, immediately after restarting Zotero?

    i have submit it: id D1524316582 just after re open zotero.

    And another one just after trying to create a citation in word : ID D341406774

    What version of Word is this?

    You may, as the error message says, need to reinstall it with Visual Basic for Applications support enabled.

    i have reinstal the microsfot pack office: my word version is: 16.36 (20041300)

    Does this happen in a new, empty document?

    If not, if you press Option-Fn-F11, does a Microsoft Visual Basic window open?

    the error occurs in all documents, even in new ones.
    The window microsoft visual basic opens well with option + fn + f11

    It s a new installation. the plug in never worked.

    i am going to put Catalina maybe it will fix it ;) if not i am going to reinstall my OS.
