Hi this is Sharon,

I am new to the Forum. I have a MacBook Air and wanted to use Zetoro. It does not work on Microsoft Pages. Therefore, I have downloaded Microsoft 365.

The problem is that the citation does not work when i follow the instruction. Can anyone help?

I have contacted Microsoft help but they have not been able to help so far

    Zotero doesn't work with Apple Pages (Pages doesn't provide any way for third-party programs like Zotero to connect with it).

    To install the Word plugin, open Zotero preferences, then click Cite → Word Processor Plugins, then click the Install Microsoft Word plugin button.

    Restart Word and the Zotero tab should appear. If that doesn't work, see https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_manual_installation and post back here if you have any issues. Please say exactly what steps you've taken and exactly what happened in response.
