Citations and bibliography broken in MS Word
Previously had been using Zotero in Microsoft Word with no problem. However, now when I open up old docs with Zotero citations they now appear as expanded field codes (it looks like all the information Zotero registers appear where the citation would, but it is unreadable).
When I open a new document and try to cite, I get "{ ADDIN ZOTERO_TEMP }" in place of the citation no matter what reference I select.
I am running Zotero v.5.0.85 and Word for Mac 16.36. The Word Add-in is installed. I tried re-installing it and restarting Word but it did not not fix the problem.
To anyone who can help, thank you in advance!

jamatrudaThanks, was able to resolve the issue with another round of reinstall/restart of Word and Zotero.

dstillmanTo be clear, that wasn't necessary. It's literally just a Word setting that got toggled.
