Can't sink zotero

Hello there,

My online library is empty but when I tried to sink Zotero says I have reached my quota. Please, help?

    Think you mean sync?

    But check your trash and make sure that is empty.

    @cacrisalves: You appear to be syncing with a different account from the one you're logged into, which has a storage subscription but no synced data.

    If you'd like us to transfer your storage subscription to another account, email storage@zotero.org with details.
