Si desean contestar en ingles, pueden. Mi procesador de texto no tiene activado el complemento de zotero, y si lo activo funciona perfecto, pero si cierro word, al abrirlo de vuelta tengo que volver a instalarlo, como hago para instalarlo definitivamente
