Help using Zotero

    Hello,
    I downloaded Zotero Application in my Mac version 10.15.4 but I don't find the way to add articles or papers directly from Zotero ?
    i also don't know how Zotero works with Word and how I can add automatically my references in the word text.
    maybe I didn't download the connector ?
    Can you help me please I need Zotero to add my bibliography for my engineering dissertation for June
