what's wrong with my MODS

I'm using unAPI to enable my search site for Zotero. I'm sending back a MODS record that looks like this:

<modsCollection>
<mods>
<titleInfo>
<title>Challenges of optimal implementation of formal water rights systems for irrigation in the Great Ruaha River
</title>
</titleInfo>
</mods>
</modsCollection>

Zotero refuses to load it. It gives me a message about known translator errors, but when I follow the link there is nothing that mentions anything about known MODS issues.

Why might Zotero 2.0b5 be rejecting my MODS?

    That record imports fine for me. Have you validated your unAPI server?

    There was a bug in 2.0b6.2 that prevented this from working via Import from Clipboard—and, I'm guessing, via unAPI. It's been fixed on the trunk, and the fix will be available in 2.0b6.3.
