Zotero experienced an error updating your document.

this is my first time to use zotero in google dec, but it I keep getting this massage when I try to insert citations to my document. I didn't add any citations to this document before.

    That's a .docx document that you're editing in Google Docs. That won't work. The plugin will only work with native Google Docs documents.
