Right click "Find full text" does not work

Hello,
Usually the "Find available pdf" function works perfectly.
Today it does not work. However when I click on the article, I am redirected to the pdf (I have good access to it)
Can you help me ? Is there a temporary problem?

    Can you provide a Debug ID for an attempt that fails that you think should work?

    Note that Find Available PDF requires either the PDF to be open access or for you to have direct or VPN-based access to the PDF. Having proxy-based access in your browser (e.g., from off campus) isn't sufficient, because Zotero itself doesn't have access to the proxy.

    Thank you very much for your answer.
    Yes these are pdf to which I am entitled via my institution.
    If I click on the title of the article the pdf opens.
    But with a right click "Find full pdf" I have the red cross.

    I have training this afternoon.
    I'll watch it tomorrow
