Problem adding additional styles

Extremely new to Zotero but trying to add AGLC but I get an error. I'm working on an up to date Mac

"Secure Connection Failed

The document contains no data.

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem."

Could someone please help me out, I can't add any new styles.
  • How exactly are you trying to add styles?
  • I am going into preferences, then cite and then 'get additional styles'
  • Are you able to submit a Debug ID for getting this error?

Are you connecting via a proxy server? If so, see Connection Error.
  • I've just tried to get a debug ID and it comes up with an error 'an error occurred sending debug output', so I've sent the text file to the email address in the link you gave me.

No idea about proxy servers, I haven't changed any settings to enable a proxy server?
  • All your network connections in Zotero are failing. This is a problem on your system that you'll need to fix. See Connection Error.
  • All proxies were already disabled on my Mac and I changed the proxy settings in Zotero to 0 and disabled my internet security and still no luck.

  • What internet security did you disable?

If you're getting this message, something on your system is still blocking your connections.

One thing you can do is check the site certificate info for zotero.org to see if it gives you more information on what's intercepting your connections (though your browsers may be connecting differently, so you may see one of the expected values).
  • Kaspersky Internet Security.

Site certificate info looks all good, certified by Kaspersky Web Anti-Virus Certification Authority

    Thanks for your help though

No, that's the point. That means your Kaspersky software is intercepting your secure connections. The linked page explains what you'd see for proper, unintercepted connections to Zotero sites.

If you're going to leave their connection interception enabled (probably called something akin to "HTTPS scanning"), you'd have to follow the certificate override steps to force Zotero to disregard the intercepted connections. Otherwise you'd have to turn that feature off.
