internet connection dropped while i was syncing

Today in the morning, I introduced approximately 200 articles in zotero, later I connected to the internet to synchronize, but when zotero was synchronizing the internet connection fell. Now when trying to open zotero, it appears that it is loading the collection but never gets to load it.
I am afraid to synchronize at the moment for fear of losing part of the articles that I downloaded today in the morning, because in the storage of zotero there are not all the articles that I downloaded today in the morning.

the database was corrupt I repaired it following the steps at https://zotero.org/utils/dbfix/manual.
Thank you very much to the zotero team for knowing how to anticipate problems wisely.

Did you force-quit Zotero? Simply losing the internet connection wouldn't damage the database. Or, if you're storing your database on a network drive and you lost your network (not internet) connection, that would likely damage the DB.
