Does Juris M simply not work as well as Zotero? It never seems to pull through all the data when using the chrome add in.

Authors and Dates rarely sync into the info section from websites, this was never a problem when running Zotero

Jurism uses most of the same translators as Zotero. What is an example URL that isn’t importing well?

There wouldn't be any difference between Zotero and Juris-M there. (You shouldn't report a problem that way unless you've actually tested it in both programs.)

If you hover over the Save to Zotero button, you can see the translator being used. When it says "Embedded Metadata", as it does here, it's just using the metadata that the page supplies, which will often be very basic, as is the case here. The page doesn't include the authors or date in any sort of structured way that Zotero would be able to import, so you'll need to copy those in manually.
