Automatic renewal

Unfortunately.
I would like to set " automatic renewal" on, but now I only see " renew now" is on.
How can I turn on " automatic renewal"? Thank you.

    If your expiration date is within 14 days, the button is "Renew Now" because it will immediately make a charge for your next year. If your expiration date is more than 14 days away, it is an automatic renewal button which will take your payment details to use when your current subscription is expiring.

    Dear Zotero Team,

    I have tried several times in the past 2 weeks to renew my Zotero storage plan using my credit card.
    But when I enter the information I get the green "tick", but then nothing happens and the payment and the renewal doesn't work.

    Is it possible to try something different (payment via Paypal or other?)
    I want to purchase the 6GB storage plan for 1 year
