File size limit to extract annotations?

I have a PDF file that I have annotated using Drawboard PDF - it's the same process I've been using successfully to annotate and extract annotations with Zotero/Zotfile. But I am unable to extract the annotations on this one PDF file, and I'm not sure why. The file size is larger - 12MB. Is there a file size limit that Zotfile will work on to extract annotations? All I'm getting is the red "x" when I try to do it. Any suggestions? Thanks

    That'd be for the ZotFile developer to look into, but if you can provide a Report ID we might be able to tell you something.

    It's not showing an error or error ID ...

    Again, I'm not sure I'm getting an error message. Rather, I'm simply getting the red X when I try to extract annotations, and I'm not seeing any explanation in an error message of why. Any help you can offer would be great! Or send me to the appropriate place for help?
