Small Screens & Preference setting woes
I have a asus 1000he with 1000x600 resolution.
I'm trying to set my preferences, specifically the server sync, but I can't see the top of the preference window.
I'm using firefox on gentoo linux, fluxbox is my window manager. I've grep'ed all the zotero preference files for widow sizes, but could find only one, which was set to 728. That didn't help.
I've looked in about:config, also no help.
Is there a command line way to set my username, password, and sync?
Thanks,
Katiebird

> open prefs window
> alt-space
> select "Move"
> move the window around with arrow keys
> hit enter to set new position
Hope that works.
Zotero is sorta designed for a big screen. There are plans to make the UI more configurable but for the time being just have to live with it. I'm using it on an eeepc 901 (1024x600 display) and it's not too bad. But I'm glad I have a desktop at home.
