EBSCO full text error

Hi, i am receiving the following error while in am in performing a CINHL library search. I have unistalled zotero twice and reinstated the program and I am still recieving this message. I have a MAC and I am not sure what I should do next.
  • The message that I am receiving reads: EBSCO full text error. When I click on the zotero extention in an attempt to add an article to my database.
  • That's not a error message from Zotero, so I'm afraid I still don't know what you're referring to.

Can you can take a screenshot of what you're describing, upload it somewhere (e.g., Dropbox), and post a link here?
  • Hi, this is a screenshot of the error message. So far this only seems to be happening in EBSCO databases: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1nwBEg7rbYfpseChNdiEg6jMBIngWMfO2
  • Ah, so it's just that Zotero isn't able to download the PDF. (The way to describe that so that we understand what you mean is to say that you're seeing a red X next to "EBSCO Full Text" in the save popup.)

Are you able to view the PDF on the page if you click on the "PDF Full Text" link in the left sidebar?
  • HI, if I click on the PDF Full Text that is listed under the article that is within the middle section, I am able to view the PDF.
  • HI, I am still unable to have Zotero download all of my PDF Files. if I click on the PDF Full Text that is listed under the article that is within the middle section, I am able to view the PDF.

The PDF is saved on that page for me. Can you provide a Debug ID from Zotero (not the Zotero Connector) for a save attempt for which the PDF fails?
  • Hi, Here is the Debug ID D791939753. For some reason, when I downloaded the PDF Files, I did not see a red X next to " EBSCO Full Text" in the save popup as I did previously.
  • Right, that shows a PDF being successfully saved. If it's working, there's nothing to report.
