Upgrade StorageBibliography only shows 5 references out of 47

At some point the bibliography showed "Automatic citation updates are disabled. To see the bibliography, click Refresh in the Zotero tab."
When I refreshed it did nothing.
Then when I added a new bibliography it only showed 5 references out of 47 it had before.
What can I do to get all my references back at the bibliography?

djross3What happens if you delete (only!) the bibliography field and then insert a new one instead? That might reset things.
