Unable to cite

    I am not able to do this either, I've followed all of the suggestions here. The zotero.dotm even appears under the templates and add-ins for the Microsoft 365 on my mac and it is enabled in Zotero. But I am just simply unable to cite. Beyond frustrated with Zotero at this point.

    What exactly do you see in Word, what exactly are you doing, and what exactly is happening?
