"Zotero quit unexpectedly" immediate error message

edited February 2, 2020
Hi everyone. I just updated my MacBook Air to Catalina 10.15.3 a few days ago, and ever since Zotero won't open anymore. I don't know how to read the error code so I've pasted it below. Could somebody please help? This is for a huge research project and I really can't afford to start my citations from scratch. Thanks!

Your Zotero installation is corrupted. You should delete the app from Applications and download it again from the download page.
