Tags with "/" break online filter

Tags containing forward slash will not work in the online library as a filter because the unescaped tag is part of the filter url. e.g. tag: "Derm/Ml" creates the following url which does not resolve correctly:

https://www.zotero.org/jjens/tags/Derm/ML/library
