Upgrade StorageTrouble syncing zotero desktop mac to my library online
I wanted to reset my libarry in Zotero with a new update of docs as worked on in Mendeley.
I have cleared my library online by using Preferences - sync - reset online library.
After that, the online library was cleared, all docs were placed in trash. I emptied the trash, cleared my Zotero desktop and added a new import from Mendeley into it.
My online Library is not synced anymore. It stays empty.
I have used "Reset sync history". No result.
I have used "Reset online Library" again. No result
I have unlinked my account and linked my account again - No result.
I have restarted my computer - No result.
I am out of options, hope you can help me.

Don't use the reset options for random troubleshooting or without fully understanding what they do — they have very specific uses, and it doesn't sound like either one was appropriate in this case. (Replace Online Library is useful when you want to revert to a previous backup of your local database, not just to delete items online that you deleted locally. It also doesn't work the way you describe, with items going in the trash, so there was some sort of misunderstanding there.)
