Why am I getting the message "Attached file could not be found. It may have been moved or deleted."

I'm getting this error message on the same computer from which I JUST saved a PDF and web page snapshot. No sync issues, nothing has changed. I literally pulled the info using the Zotero connector on Chrome, opened the Zotero program and clicked "Snapshot", and received the error message. And yes, I've restarted both my web browser and the Zotero program.
  • Can you provide a Debug ID from Zotero for 1) the save process that saved the attachment and 2) trying to open the file in Zotero and getting that message?
