Hi there,

I was trying to update Zotero with an auto-downloaded package and it didn't work. I tried to do a manual installation after that but it didn't work. Then I received a report ID: 402402870 asking me to send it to this forum.

    You still have to say what the actual problem is you're experiencing — a Report ID isn't enough.

    Thanks for your prompt reply. Look, I don't have more steps to mention or reproduce the error. I just did what I mentioned above and received that error. Was related to LibreOffice integration with Zotero. Didn't worked when tried to install the update offered automatically by Zotero when I ran it again after holidays. Thanks.
