Word could not communicate with Zotero please insure that Zotero is open and try again

Hello,
while using Zotero I've got little issue word. There is this message"Word could not communicate with Zotero please insure that Zotero is open and try again" even that Zotero is open. Here are some information about my Mac and my word version:
my ID rapport:545821409
MAC: Macbook pro ( retina 15 pouces, 2013)
WORD VERSION: office 365 proplus

    Have you tried restarting Zotero? If it doesn't work after a restart could you produce a startup Debug ID from Zotero?

    I restarted Zotero and it doesn't work

    Open the Terminal app via spotlight, paste the below command, press enter, copy the output and paste it in this thread.

    ls -la ~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.Word
