Group Discussion list?

Is is possible to push the the group discussion out to those in that Group? Or a way to collect the people in the group's emails to reach out to them if I am the owner of the group?

    Whether people get an email on new group discussions depends on their notification settings, however it defaults to off. And no, we don't expose users' email addresses.

    It's a user preference that applies to all of a user's groups. You can't change it for other users.
