Upgrade StorageZotero could not communicate on Mac
I am facing a problem with MAC and the plugin. The plugin is installed properly on Word but when I am trying to usde the citation tool a pop up window appears with "zotero could not communicate with word" sort of message. Can you help me? I have looked everywhere on the documentation. Many thanks in advance.

adamsmithDo you see Zotero Word for Mac integration listed and enabled (i.e. in black, not greyed out) under tools --> add-ons in Zotero?
