Canadian Journal of Civil Engineering

Hi,
I'm facing a problem using this format.
At least I'm sure this is not working fine with the thesis.
Any help?
  • You'll need to be more specific. "Not working fine" doesn't tell us much.
    Please give examples.
  • As I Know for thesis, i should get something like :

Keller, C.P. 1987. The role of polysaccharidases in acid wall loosening of epidermal tissue from young Phaseolus vulgaris L. hypocotyls. M.Sc. thesis, Department of Botany, The University of British Columbia, Vancouver, B.C.

    But, I get
Amin, M.R. 2016. Development of scour in cohesive soils by normal impingement of a submerged circular turbulent jet. Available from http://hdl.handle.net/10388/7462 [accessed 7 May 2019].

I checked the zotero, it is checked as thesis.
  • I have submitted a fix. Once that gets expected (status changes to "Merged") you can update your Zotero which will also draw in the new styles.
    https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/pull/4447
  • Is this fix just containing the issue with the thesis or its more general?
You can see the whole formatting for this journal in the link below:

Thanks so much for your help.
  • It contains a few minor fixes I came across.
If there is other things wrong you need to tell me.
  • Also I'm facing a problem with conference papers.
The format should be like :

    Paper in conference proceedings:
Hardin, B.O. 1978. The nature of stress–strain behaviour for soils. State-of-the-art report. In Proceedings of the Specialty Conference on Earthquake Engineering and Soil Dynamics, Pasadena, Calif., 19–21 June 1978. American Society of Civil Engineers, New York, pp. 3–90.

But I cant get the 19–21 June 1978.

  • Enter the date into Extra like this:
    Issued: 1978-06-19/1978-06-21
