    I'm guessing you're using the Better BibTeX plugin. A version released yesterday contained a bug. Update to the latest version of BBT from the gear menu in Tools → Add-ons and this will be fixed.

    (If that's not the problem, you'd have to say more about what exactly is happening and provide a Report ID. Posting in French is fine, but just saying Zotero doesn't work isn't.)
